Hi Folks, thanks for reading. The mission here is to bring you as much news, advice and collective wisdom as we can muster and at the same time break away from one of my traditional favorite forms of media - a paper newsletter. We started writing a paper newsletter over 10 years ago and have mailed out thousands of them on a semi-monthly basis. We're getting the feeling that fewer and fewer of them are getting read. A couple months ago, a good friend and real estate magazine publisher invited me to start writing for his Chicago real estate web portal as a guest neighborood journalist and the response has been great.
